Eden Health and Wellness does not do cookie cutter massages, the same for everyone.  We offer a number of types of massage treatments, each tailored to your body's specific needs. The first portion of every massage involves discussing what it is that brings you in, working together to determine the root cause of any soreness or pain, and planning the massage to have the most impact in providing healing and relaxation. We want everyone to receive the treatment they need in the time they have booked, so whether your treatment is relaxation, sports, prenatal, or a combination of any of our options, Eden Health and Wellness is committed to helping you design the perfect massage for each occasion.

Your selection can help give your therapist a general idea of what you're looking for and where to start, but because our prices are based on the amount of time booked, and not the type of treatment, your massage will be tailored to fit you every time, regardless of the label you pick in our booking system. ​
