Description
Pregnancy asks a lot of your body, and prenatal massage gives some of it back. Performed by registered massage therapists experienced in prenatal care, this treatment eases low back and hip pain, leg heaviness, and the sleep-wrecking tension that builds as your centre of gravity changes.
Is this right for you?
If you're pregnant and past your first trimester, prenatal massage is generally a safe, welcome relief; many clients book monthly and more often in the third trimester. High-risk pregnancy? Please get your healthcare provider's okay first; we're glad to work within their guidance. Our founding therapist is also a certified birth doula, and this is care we take seriously.
What to expect
Our specialized bolstering system means you can lie face down comfortably at any stage, and you'll be repositioned as often as you need. Pressure is moderate and always adjusted to you. Feel free to request extra pillows or a scent-free room and oils; bathroom breaks are expected and completely fine.

Common questions
When during pregnancy can I start massage? We treat clients from the second trimester onward; high-risk situations are best discussed with your provider first.
Is prenatal massage covered by benefits? Yes. It's massage therapy by a registered massage therapist, so standard massage benefits apply, and we direct bill most providers.
