Do you direct bill insurance for massage therapy?
Yes! We coordinate directly with most insurance providers to help you use your benefits. Just bring your insurance information to your first appointment.
What’s the best massage for injury recovery?
Our Injury Massage is designed specifically for recovery. It focuses on therapeutic and deep tissue techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility, and speed healing. Your therapist will assess you first to make sure the treatment targets exactly what your body needs.
Are your therapists registered massage therapists (RMTs)?
Yes. All Eden therapists are registered massage therapists trained to national standards used in BC & Ontario, above and beyond Alberta’s requirements.
Can I book if I’m not sure what type of massage I need?
Absolutely. Just book any appointment, and your therapist will talk with you first and customize the treatment to what your body needs.
Do you offer relaxation massages too?
Yes! Whether you need injury recovery or just want to relax and de-stress, our therapists will adjust pressure and techniques to suit you.
How soon can I get in for an appointment?
Most of the time we can get you in within a few days. Check our online booking for the earliest openings, or call us if you need something sooner.
What should I wear or bring to my massage?
Wear something comfortable. For most treatments, you’ll undress to your comfort level and be covered with a sheet or towel the whole time. If you have insurance, bring your card or benefits details.
Will my massage hurt?
Some techniques, like deep tissue, scraping, TMJ release or injury treatment, can feel intense, but it will never be beyond what you want. Your therapist will always check in and adjust pressure so you stay comfortable.
Do you work with athletes or sports injuries?
Yes. Many of our clients are athletes or active people who use massage for performance and recovery. We combine deep tissue, stretching, and therapeutic techniques to keep you moving at your best.
