Cupping Therapy

Description

Cupping is a therapeutic technique that uses specially designed cups to create suction on the skin, lifting and separating muscle layers and connective tissue. This negative pressure helps release deep-seated tension, improve circulation, and draw out stagnation, allowing the body to heal more efficiently. At EDEN, we offer multiple styles of cupping - including dynamic (moving), static (stationary), origin/insertion, and joint-based methods - to meet your needs.

Cupping is especially effective for:
- Persistent knots or tension that don’t respond to pressure
- Shoulder and neck tightness
- IT band pain, sciatica, or glute tightness
- Post-workout soreness and muscle recovery
- Increasing range of motion in stuck areas

You may experience temporary circular marks - these are not bruises, but signs of circulation and stagnation release, and they usually fade within a few days. Most clients report cupping as surprisingly relaxing and deeply effective.

Break through stubborn tension - book your custom cupping session today.
